Ordering
How long does production take?
Once we have received approval for your artwork, most orders are produced within 5–10 business days.
If you need your order sooner, expedited production may be available on selected products for a small additional fee. Expedited production reduces the time it takes us to produce your order, but availability will depend on the product and your required timeframe.
If your order is urgent, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to assist.
Please note: Production time is separate from shipping time. Selecting Express Shipping does not speed up production.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Collection is available from our showroom, 10/95 O'Sullivan Beach Road Lonsdale, South Australia.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. If you're looking for a size that isn't listed on our website, please contact us here and we'll provide a custom quote.
Shipping
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes. We securely package and ship metal prints throughout Australia.
How much is shipping?
We offer two shipping options, depending on how quickly you need your order to arrive:
Standard Shipping – $17.95
Usually arrives within 2–8 business days after your order has been produced.
Express Shipping – $34.95
Usually arrives within 1–4 business days after your order has been produced.
Please note: Shipping timeframes are separate from our production times. Choosing Express Shipping does not mean your order will be produced faster. If you need your order urgently, please select an available Express Production or Urgent Production option at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the courier.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
ChromaLuxe Metal Prints
What is a ChromaLuxe metal print?
A ChromaLuxe metal print is created by infusing your image directly into a specially coated aluminium panel using heat and pressure. The result is exceptional colour vibrancy, outstanding detail and long-lasting durability.
Why choose a metal print over canvas?
Metal prints offer sharper detail, greater colour depth and a modern frameless appearance. They are also more resistant to fading, moisture and everyday wear than traditional canvas prints.
Are your prints made in Australia?
Yes. Every Premium Metal Print is produced in Australia using genuine ChromaLuxe aluminium panels.
Do metal prints fade?
ChromaLuxe metal prints have been independently tested for image permanence exceeding 60 years under normal display conditions.
Are metal prints waterproof?
Yes. ChromaLuxe metal prints are moisture resistant and suitable for humid environments where traditional paper prints may be affected.
Surface Finishes
Which finish should I choose?
Gloss White is our most popular finish and suits the majority of images. If you're unsure, head to our Surface Finishes page for more information.
What's the difference between Gloss and Matt?
Gloss finishes maximise colour vibrancy, contrast and depth, while Matt finishes reduce reflections and glare.
What is Aluminium finish?
Aluminium finishes allow the brushed metal surface to show through areas of the image that would normally appear white, creating a unique metallic effect.
Mounting & Display
What is a hidden frame?
A hidden frame is an aluminium mounting system attached to the rear of the panel. It creates the appearance that your artwork is floating approximately 20mm from the wall.
Are metal prints ready to hang?
Prints ordered with a hidden frame arrive ready to hang.
Can I frame my metal print?
If you would like to arrange to have your print framed please select the Panel Only option. Please note we do not offer framing.
Can I display my print on a desk or shelf?
Yes. Our Desktop Easel option is designed specifically for smaller prints sizes to display prints on desks, shelves, reception areas and bedside tables.
Care & Longevity
How do I clean my metal print?
Simply wipe the surface with a soft cloth and standard glass cleaner or household cleaner.
Are metal prints scratch resistant?
ChromaLuxe prints are highly durable and resistant to everyday wear, although they should still be handled with care.
Can I display a metal print in a bathroom?
Yes. Their moisture-resistant surface makes them ideal for bathrooms and other humid environments.
